Founded in 2014, Vertmance Resources Limited is a family-owned diversified operating and investment group. We develop business models, mobilise partnerships and connect investment with project execution. Our portfolio spans agriculture, infrastructure, engineering, real estate, clean mobility and hospitality, with a focus on enterprises that create long-term value.
Our strategy brings specialist businesses into a connected group. Technical expertise, agricultural production, property development and hospitality operations each address different market needs. Shared partnerships and investment support help those businesses build capacity, deliver projects and strengthen their contribution to economic growth.
Vertmance combines hands-on business development with a long-term investment outlook. Through Vertmance Agric Partners, Owonikoko Ranch & Farm and our other businesses, we connect productive assets with services that clients and communities need.
