His project controls experience includes a $3 billion gas-to-liquids project at Chevron, roles with Subsea 7 and LyondellBasell, and responsibility as National Program Controls Manager for Google Fiber across 11 US cities.

In 2009, Dami co-founded LoftyInc Allied Partners, one of Nigeria’s pioneering innovation and investment platforms, and its subsidiary Wennovation Hub—Nigeria’s first privately run startup accelerator. Wennovation has supported over 300 startup teams and more than 6,000 young entrepreneurs, whose ventures have gone on to raise over $68 million in follow-on funding. The hub’s work earned the SAP/Ashoka Changemakers Award and recognition in McKinsey’s ‘Lions Go Digital’ report. Dami also helped convene the Lagos Angel Network, Nigeria’s first angel investment club, and in 2015 LoftyInc won a $1 million US & Mexico Clean Foundation Grand Challenge grant for a mobile payment solution serving underserved communities. Dami describes himself as a ‘Behind-the-Scenes Change Agent’ focused on value creation.
